Job Title: Learning Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Learning Experience Coordinator.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth delivery of our coding programs to students in local and international schools.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Onboarding new parents to our community by facilitating customer acquisition.
  • Recommending suitable coding programs for students based on their interests and needs.
  • Supporting customer success initiatives such as special programs or competitions, and community events for customer engagement.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers and building a sense of community. You will act as an advocate for parents and manage relationships with them.
  • Planning lead generation events with key partners, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
