About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Fashion Career Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and customer service, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. The role involves ensuring classes meet minimum attendance requirements, recruiting and retaining customers, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure classes under your portfolio meet minimum attendance requirements
- Recruit and retain customers until they complete their programme
- Identify sales opportunities and recommend products to customers
- Provide high-level customer service and resolve complaints efficiently
- Record and process transactions accurately
- Liaise with the customer relations department on feedback and issues
- Attend campaign briefings and sales meetings

Requirements
- Minimum GCE O levels and above
- Proficient in English and Chinese
- Good organisational skills and strong ownership
- Strong listening and communication skills

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is SGD $5,000 - $6,500 per month, depending on experience. Other benefits include a 3% training and development budget, outpatient consultation and hospitalisation insurance reimbursement, and a comprehensive employee benefits package.
