Clarksons Singapore Pte. Limited is seeking a talented Shipbroker to join our Dry Cargo team in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in arranging ocean transport of goods and commodities by sea. Your exceptional communication skills, strong work ethic, and high degree of integrity will enable you to build strong relationships with ship owners and charterers, negotiate charters to achieve optimum results for clients, and provide market insight and trade ideas to clients. Key responsibilities include instigating, arranging, and negotiating deals, maintaining a database of daily market activities, and keeping track of vessel positions. If you have at least 10 years' experience working as a Shipbroker with a global shipbroking firm, a Maritime degree from a reputable university, and an in-depth knowledge of the Dry Cargo market, we encourage you to apply. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential, and proficiency in MS Office is required. Travel as required.
