Job Title:

Supply Chain Executive - Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled logistics professional to lead our Contract Logistics/SCM and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, customer service, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of the operations team.
  • Ensure all activities align with industry standards and company goals.
  • Lead a team of warehouse and administration personnel to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business objectives.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress to ensure program targets are met.
  • Analyze performance and activity indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Control and manage purchases, headcount, and overtime.
  • Develop process maps for new or changed business requirements.
  • Drive cost savings and productivity initiatives for customers.
  • Identify and schedule training for warehouse and administration personnel.
Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations/customer service.
  • Positive mindset, team player, and high desire for learning.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and innovative.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced work environments.
