About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Fulfilment Coordinator/Executive. This role involves assisting the Performance Improvement team in managing the entire process of Rewards Fulfilment, including rewards proposal, catalogue curation, redemptions and fulfilment for all client programs offered in both local and regional Asia Pacific programs.

The primary goal is to ensure seamless delivery of client programmes across various regions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Performance Improvement team to develop and implement effective Rewards Fulfilment strategies
  • Manage the rewards proposal process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
  • Curate and maintain the rewards catalogue, ensuring it remains relevant and engaging
  • Process client programme redemptions and ensure timely fulfilment
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
