Public Communications Facilitator

This role is responsible for facilitating operations in a communications ministry, supporting various sub-ministries with their communication needs. The ideal candidate will contribute to the content creation process, enhancing traffic and SEO.
Roles & Responsibilities- Support administrative operations of the communications team, including management of budgets, inventories, and vendors.
- Plan content schedules and production/publication timelines for approval and collaboration across departments and ministry partners on project management.
- Coordinate requests for work and ensure project deadlines are met by working within and outside the organization to achieve objectives.
- Provide guidelines and advice on platform requirements, corporate identity, copyrights, and statutory requirements.
- Evaluate outcome of platforms by maintaining statistical analysis templates for respective platforms.
- Degree or diploma in relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in communications-related functions.
- Experience with Content Management Systems is an added advantage.
- Well-versed in communications skills (writing, reporting, aesthetics) and online platform knowledge.
- Strong team player with ability to support and work across multiple team formats.
- Creative thinker who constantly pushes for improvement, innovation, and effective solutions.
