Infrastructure Development Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Development Specialist to lead the planning, design, and execution of infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in civil engineering principles and practices, as well as excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed designs and plans for infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, and other construction works.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, codes, and safety standards.
  • Oversee construction activities to guarantee adherence to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify the quality and integrity of construction work.
  • Implement and enforce quality control procedures and standards.
  • Identify and resolve engineering problems and challenges that arise during construction.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, changes, and expenditures.
  • Prepare and submit reports, including project status updates and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to address project needs and concerns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain one.
  • Proven experience in civil engineering, particularly in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
