As a Logistics Executive with our company, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of products. Your key responsibilities will include managing and monitoring the performance of transport service providers and in-house driver/fleet, tracking deliveries daily, and ensuring customer satisfaction is always on the upside. You will also work closely with our third-party warehouse to optimize cost, service, and set forward plans for improvement. In addition, you will manage POD returns with the team. To excel in this position, you must have a strong educational background in logistics management and supply chain management, or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in supply chain management, logistics management, operations, or distribution. You should also have experience in warehouse management, transport management modules and/or ERP systems. Furthermore, your expertise in Project Logistics and/or Warehouse Management will be valuable assets. Finally, you must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Other languages/dialects are advantageous.
