Job Title: Head Mixologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Mixologist to join our team at SG HOTELS PTE. LTD. in Singapore.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and serving innovative cocktails, providing exceptional drink service standards, and mentoring and training staff around our drinks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently offer professional, proactive, and engaging service to all guests, members, and associates.
  • Assist guests regarding all items and Cocktail Bar Catalogue in an informative and helpful manner.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all Catalogue and Food Menu items, garnishes, contents, preparation methods.
  • Create and serve innovative cocktails.
  • Provide relevant and innovative serves for individual whiskeys.
  • Suggest innovative ideas for events and tastings and menus.
  • Maintain exceptional drink service standards.
  • Process all payments.
  • Mentor and train staff around our drinks.
  • Host guest tastings and masterclasses.
  • Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
