About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Hair Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and profitability by achieving sales targets.

  • Conduct professional scalp analyses and demonstrate the features and benefits of our treatments, services, and products.
  • Recommend personalized packages based on individual needs and conditions.
  • Educate customers on the importance and benefits of our treatments, services, and products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers.
  • Perform basic hands-on treatments when necessary.
  • Update customer progress in our treatment card and computer system.
Requirements
  • Certificate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Excellent communication skills (bilingual) to liaise with English and Chinese-speaking customers.
  • Sensitive to customers' needs and attention to details.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
  • Self-motivated, high stress tolerance, and a good team player.
