Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our team. As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for the overall RMA lab activities, including managing day-to-day RMA evaluation/testing activities and resolving setup issues to ensure a good RMA evaluation environment.

You will work closely with other regional engineers on remote RMA debug sessions and provide technical expertise in system-level testing and associated testing instruments/equipment. Your strong understanding of automotive systems and interactions between key components is essential for this role.

In this position, you will have opportunities to greatly influence quality across the organization through interactions with external and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient with various electronic instruments, including Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, VNA, Oscilloscope, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with different ATE testers and peripherals, such as Advantest/Teradyne testers
  • At least 2 years' working experience in semiconductor assembly, SMT, and packaging associated issue
  • Understanding of relevant mechanical test parameters and semiconductor industry process
  • Familiarity with inventory management and equipment calibration
