Key Responsibilities
• Provide prompt and quality nursing care to patients, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
• Assist physicians in procedures and consultations, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Take vital signs, chart patient information, and follow up on patient care and treatment plans.
• Prepare equipment and support physicians during treatments, ensuring a safe and efficient care environment.
Requirements
• Singapore Nursing Board registered nurse with 1 – 4 years of nursing experience.
• Valid BCLS and AED certification required.
• Preferably with A&E ward experience, but not necessary.
• Ability to commit to shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Willingness to travel when deployed to patient locations.
