RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Singapore's regulatory framework for insurance and financial services. They must be able to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures, conduct compliance audits and risk assessments, and provide training and guidance on compliance matters.
The successful candidate will also have effective communication skills to liaise with regulatory authorities and handle inquiries, analytical problem-solving skills to investigate compliance issues and recommend solutions, and collaboration skills to work with various departments for holistic compliance management.
