Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insolvency and Restructuring Senior/Assistant Manager to join our team at CLA Global TS Holdings Pte. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engagement Management
    • Plan, execute, and manage insolvency and restructuring engagements, including liquidation, receivership, judicial management, scheme of arrangement, special accountant, debt restructuring, and bankruptcy work.
  • Stakeholder Liaison
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, creditors, debtors, and other relevant parties, through written communication and business meetings.
  • Financial Analysis and Strategy
    • Review financial positions, conduct financial analysis, and develop turnaround strategies for clients in financial distress.
  • Business Development and Client Relationship Management
    • Participate in business development and client relationship management activities.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance
    • Review and ensure completeness and quality of work, as well as compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements of the engagements.
  • Team Support and Development
    • Assist the Director in practice development matters and activities.
    • Coach, motivate, and develop junior members within the team.
Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Experience and Skills
    • Able to work independently and lead in a team, manage projects, and meet project deadlines.
    • Candidates with at least 2 to 3 years of proven and relevant insolvency experience in PAC firms will be considered for the Senior position. Candidates with more than 3 years of relevant experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager position.
    • Strong business acumen and logical thinking/analytical skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
