Job Overview

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects in Jurong West. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend daily sub-contractors' meetings to discuss project schedules and architectural issues.
  • Monitor site progress and safety compliance, reporting any findings to senior management.
  • Verify that subcontractors' works meet approved drawings and specifications, taking remedial action where necessary.
  • Conduct inspections with the project RE or RTO, addressing their comments to ensure work meets quality standards.
  • Maintain inspection records for future reference.
  • Communicate effectively with general workers, sub-contractors, and peers, seeking guidance from senior staff when needed.
  • Work efficiently to achieve fast approvals for all assignments, demonstrating keen observation skills.
  • Participate in environmental health and safety programs to maintain a safe and clean site.
  • Upskill through attendance at BCA courses and study of cost-saving methods.
  • Accept additional work that contributes to cost savings.
  • Provide guidance to new site supervisors to ensure seamless integration into the team.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Singapore.
  • Construction management skills.
  • Knowledge of construction regulations and safety protocols.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
