Procurement Specialist Role

This position entails the acquisition of materials and services essential for our engineering projects.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and issuing purchase requisitions and purchase orders based on project requirements.
  • Evaluating contract documents to ensure compliance and understanding.
  • Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to achieve optimal pricing and terms.
  • Managing variation orders and other contractual changes.
  • Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and contract details.

We are seeking a candidate with strong technical knowledge and negotiation skills. Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and evaluating contract documents to ensure compliance and understanding.
  • Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to achieve optimal pricing and terms.
