We are seeking a project management director to lead the execution of exciting design projects from inception to completion at KINGSMEN DESIGN PTE LTD. As a design project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from understanding client needs to managing delivery within timeline. This includes developing comprehensive project plans, conducting regular meetings with client and internal teams, and coordinating with internal designers, landlords, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the project. You will also need to identify and recommend qualified consultants to join the project team through a defined RFP process. In addition to these responsibilities, you will be required to manage client change requests, conduct regular site visits, and oversee quality control. To succeed in this role, you will need minimum 5 years of experience managing design projects in the Retail/Corporate industry. A proven track record of successfully delivering complex design projects on time and within budget is essential. You will also require excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both written and verbal formats.
