Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop site-specific intelligent automation roadmaps that leverage common technical solutions across multiple sites
  • Design and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time, and improve product quality
  • Collaborate with manufacturing site teams to analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend technological solutions
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve process-related issues and improve overall equipment effectiveness
  • Maintain strong relationships with counterparts in Manufacturing/Operations, business units, and other functions to ensure timely alignment of strategies and goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing/Process Engineering, or Computer Engineering/Software Systems
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering roles, including progressive responsibility in manufacturing engineering, automation design, technology transfer, and project engineering
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in intelligent automation solutions and digital transformations, including machine learning, vision, and controls engineering
  • Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques, lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical analysis
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex process issues

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing/Process Engineering, or Computer Engineering/Software Systems
  • Project management training and/or certification
  • Industry 4.0 training and/or certification

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
