Role Overview
This is a unique opportunity to be part of our dynamic team as a Medical Support Professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Duties: Manage phone calls, patient inquiries, registrations, and schedule appointments
- Financial Administration: Handle billing, payments, and assist with claims processing
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain clinic software system, manage schedules, and communicate with patients (phone, SMS)
- Clinical Support: Dispense medications, assist healthcare professionals in procedures, and maintain equipment
- Facility Management: Ensure a clean and organized clinic environment, manage inventory, and perform basic maintenance tasks
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualifications or equivalent
- Proficiency in general office IT, including Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), WhatsApp Desktop, and WeChat Desktop
- Basic proficiency with AI productivity tools to enhance communication and streamline workflow
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- A collaborative team player with a customer-focused mindset
- Pleasant demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Dedication to delivering high-quality patient care
- No prior medical experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Prior experience in a private healthcare setting is an added advantage
