Job Overview:

Sustainable projects require strategic leadership to achieve environmental and social goals. We are seeking a Green Mark Sustainability Coordinator to drive our green building initiatives forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sustainable design strategies in collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Manage the Green Mark certification process from pre-assessment to final submission, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate sustainable practices throughout all project phases.
  • Prepare and submit documentation, reports, and presentations to stakeholders, including senior management and relevant authorities.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for project teams on sustainability best practices and Green Mark requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Building Science, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in green building or sustainable construction.
  • Certified Green Mark Professional (GMP) or Green Mark Accredited Professional (GMAP) by BCA is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Singapore Green Plan 2030, BCA Green Mark 2021 framework, and other local sustainability regulations.
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in sustainability software/tools (e.g., IESVE, EnergyPlus, Autodesk Insight) is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other green building certifications (e.g., LEED, WELL) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of embodied carbon, LCA, and circular economy strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
