Job Title:

Cash Management Specialist

  • Achieve cash flow excellence by implementing and managing treasury systems, cash management processes, and accounts receivable strategies.

About the Role:

We seek a skilled Cash Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will configure and launch treasury systems, streamline cash management processes, and implement accounts receivable strategies. You will work closely with clients to understand their finance requirements and set up integrations with various systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition to our treasury system.
  • Translate finance and treasury requirements into tailored system configurations.
  • Establish integrations with bank data feeds and ERP/accounting platforms.
  • Configure AR tagging rules, cash flow logic, and reconciliation flows.
  • Provide support during UAT, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate go-live activities.
  • Conduct user training and create documentation on customized workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance implementation processes.

Required Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Treasury Analyst, Finance Analyst, or ERP Implementation Consultant.
  • Hands-on experience with implementing or integrating accounting/ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite, or Infor.
  • Proficiency in cash flow forecasting, AR/AP, bank reconciliations, and working capital management.
  • Familiarity with bank formats such as BAI2, MT940, and custom CSV/Excel files.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills with the ability to work with technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with client finance teams.
