Job Overview
A Pilates instructor is required to lead the execution and quality assurance of all Pilates class offerings at a studio. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, consistency, and anatomical expertise into a diverse range of classes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and teach group Pilates classes with varied focus.
  • Provide hands-on adjustments, cueing, and modifications suitable for all body types and fitness levels.
  • Mentor and onboard new instructors as the team grows.
  • Assist with hiring and training of instructors.
  • Collaborate with management on programming, community events, and recovery integration.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Certification in Pilates from a recognized training institution.
  • Proven experience teaching Pilates in a group setting.
  • Strong anatomical knowledge and ability to teach safe, alignment-based movement.
  • Ability to offer modifications, progressions, and alternatives for diverse abilities.
  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and motivational presence.
  • CPR/AED certification (sponsored if not yet certified).
