About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement and automation, with expertise in Python and SQL.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions to improve business processes. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, prototyping and productizing task-oriented RPA bots, and maintaining existing automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop automated solutions to improve business processes using Python and SQL
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement
  • Prototype and productize task-oriented RPA bots to support operations
  • Maintain existing automation tools and ensure they meet production standards
  • Work with applications and algorithms development teams to generalize cases into modules with interface as an internal or external client service

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline (e.g., IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field)
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL, ideally with refactoring and OOP concepts
  • Experience with following is a plus:
  • Python data scraping and processing (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Pandas, etc.)
  • RPA market tools (e.g., MS Power Automate, etc.)
  • Relational, distributed, and NoSQL databases (e.g., MS SQL, PostgreSQL MongoDB, etc.)
  • Diverse programming/scripting/server-side languages (e.g., PowerShell, MS Excel Formulas and VBA, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Web/API developments, architecture, and security implementations
  • Cloud services and deployment (e.g., Azure, AWS, Alibaba Cloud, etc.)
  • Analytics and BI skills (e.g., Power BI, etc.)

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
