Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Team Assistant, Partnerships to join our CAA Sports - APAC team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support to our Sports Executives, carrying out research, diary management, doing expenses, preparing presentations, and connecting with prospective brand partners. Your ultimate goal will be to establish new partnerships for our Sports Property (teams, governing bodies) and Sports Talent clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct general market research and analysis on clients, industries, brands, contacts, territories, and legislation.
  • Cold outreach to brands to generate new business leads.
  • Create new business pitch presentations.
  • Develop client meeting update presentations.
  • Provide general assistance to the team with ongoing projects for our broad client base.
  • Offer day-to-day support for the team, including diary management, travel arrangements, and general administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-5 years of relevant experience in a similar function.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at a professional level in English and ideally one other Asian language.
  • Some experience working in Asia and pitching to Asian businesses.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise a busy workload and multitask.
  • Experience working across multiple internal teams.
  • Ability to prospect new brands.
  • General understanding of the marketing and partnerships industry.
  • Previous experience in sales or client-facing roles, especially in the Asia Pacific region, is desirable.
