Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced sales and business development professional to drive revenue growth and expand our market share. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries, leveraging industry knowledge and market research.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to create solutions and deliver proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and ensure profitable deal closures.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage pipeline reporting and coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of sales and business development experience, preferably in machine tools, automation, or industrial solutions.
  • Skills: Analytical skills with experience in market research and competitive analysis.
  • Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Languages: Proficient in Mandarin & English for client liaison.
  • Travel: Valid class 3 driving license with own car, willingness to travel locally and regionally.
