Role Summary

This role is a critical part of our strategy team, responsible for using data-driven approaches to optimize LIVE revenue and user engagement. You will be working closely with our product and engineering teams to build high-performance/high-reliability architecture services and deliver an exceptional LIVE consumption experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with our product and engineering teams to build high-performance/high-reliability architecture services
  • Deliver an exceptional LIVE consumption experience
  • Analyze user behavior and consumption data to identify optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and user engagement
Requirements
  • Familiarity with C/C++/Python development and Linux multi-threaded/multi-process environment
  • Familiarity with commonly used machine learning and deep learning algorithms, including but not limited to boost machine, dnn, reinforcement learning
  • Solid math foundation, including probability statistics, numerical optimization
  • Familiarity with at least one of Flink, Spark, Hive, with big data parallel processing experience
  • Experience in large-scale recommend system, advertising system, search engine preferred
  • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience from a large-scale internet business
