Accounting Receivables Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Receivables Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate report submission, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Accounts Receivables Function: This includes receiving, processing, and reconciling payments from customers.
- Update and Maintain Accounting Journals: Accurately record and update accounting journals to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Daily Entry of Receipts into Accounting System: Efficiently process daily receipts into the accounting system, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Process Staff Expense Claims: Process employee expense claims in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure Entries are Charged to Correct Account Codes: Verify that all entries are correctly charged to the relevant account codes.
- Handle Customer Queries on Daily Financial Transactional Activities: Respond to customer inquiries regarding daily financial activities, resolving any issues promptly.
- Ensure Timely and Accurate Report Submission: Prepare and submit reports on time, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Generate Monthly Accounts Receivables Report: Produce a monthly report on accounts receivable, highlighting any outstanding balances or trends.
- Assist Finance Manager in Other Areas of Accounting Whenever Necessary: Provide support to the Finance Manager as needed, assisting with various accounting tasks.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in accounts receivable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
