Aquatch Products and Services PTE. LTD., a leading player in the field of construction technology, is seeking an experienced Senior Building Information Modeling (BIM) Designer to join our team.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled BIM Designer to prepare high-quality drawings and design documents using BIM Modeling software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.

The ideal candidate will work closely with project personnel, collaborating on instructions, guidelines, and comments to visualize and position them onto drawings.

This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, enabling the successful candidate to work effectively with cross-functional teams to coordinate and prepare documentation and drawings.

The selected candidate will be responsible for making necessary changes to drawings based on project team feedback and adhering to project scope and schedule requirements.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating detailed drawings and design documents using BIM software
  • Collaborating with project teams to visualize and position project elements on drawings
  • Coordinating and preparing documentation and drawings
  • Making revisions to drawings based on project feedback
  • Ensuring timely completion of tasks according to project schedule

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM Design and modeling
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM software
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
