Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a Business Growth Strategist to drive revenue expansion in the Manufacturing sector. This dynamic role involves:
- Collaborating with sales teams, application engineers, and solution partners to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Enabling sales teams by identifying business opportunities, providing valuable information and support for sales forces.
- Analyzing market data to identify trends and opportunities, developing strategic direction from market insights, and creating compelling market analysis presentations.
- Providing pricing guidance, communicating schedule changes, and product enhancements through pre-sales duties.
- Researching order status, resolving shipping, scheduling, and prioritization challenges through post-sales services.
- Performing short-term sales forecasting for designated product lines.
- Closely collaborating with field teams to compete against competitors in the region.
- Maintaining top line sales targets as the interface for all deals and discount management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably with knowledge of the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in sales, business development, marketing, and custom applications.
- Experience in factory automation and big data analytics is beneficial.
- Proven sound business judgment and working experience in developing new markets.
- Able to work independently while demonstrating good teamwork behavior across different functions and regions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, goal-oriented.
