Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer to lead and participate in improving the efficiency of our manufacturing workflow, equipment optimization, and automation. If you have a passion for manufacturing engineering, this role is an excellent opportunity for you.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Optimize manufacturing process, such as process flow, equipment, or fixture for continuous improvement.
  • Improve manufacturing processes on safety & quality while reducing throughput time and production costs.
  • Provide support to new product launch / transfer and review product design.
  • Lead and/or participate in development, training, documentation, and validation activities for new product launch or technology transfers.
  • Troubleshoot process-related issues in the production process, and investigate and determine corrective actions for customer complaints and quality non-compliances.
  • Create and maintain Bill of Material (BOM) structure, product attributes, categories configuration, routing, and Engineering, Order or Kits related support using Oracle system.
  • Apply Lean/Six Sigma, Statistical tools, and other problem-solving methodologies in resolving manufacturing issues.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Hands-on mentality, sense of urgency, and able to work under pressure.
  • Team player, good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Experienced in leading Automation and/or Lean projects is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline with minimum years of relevant working experience.
