Job Title: Part Time Bakery Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced bakery assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the production of artisan breads, including dough preparation, baking, and packaging.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, and be committed to delivering high-quality products.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of dough, including scaling and mixing ingredients.
  • Help with baking and packaging of artisan breads.
  • Clean and maintain equipment and workstations.
  • Assist with dough shaping and portioning.
  • Sort and arrange shaped dough by code.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of baking principles and procedures.
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices.
