We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Guest Relations Executive to join our team at Quaich Pte. Ltd.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike.

As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for managing reservations, responding to guest enquiries, and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience with us.
Key Responsibilities- Manage reservations and confirm restaurant bookings
- Respond to guest enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate guest information to the team to personalize their experience
- Request feedback from guests and communicate it to the manager
- Ensure every guest is warmly welcomed and given a fond farewell
- Assist in building and maintaining a strong guest profile database
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of working experience in a related field
- Excellent guest relations and service skills
- Able to handle guests' requests, concerns, and feedback
- Resourceful in managing ad-hoc requests and resolving challenges
- Outgoing and friendly
- Attention to detail
- Able to commit on weekends and Public Holidays
