The primary responsibility of the Electrical Project Coordinator is to assist in the successful completion of electrical projects from inception to delivery. This involves coordinating with project managers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinating with consultants and clients to resolve technical issues and address design requirements.
  • Attending project meetings and progress updates to ensure all parties are informed.
  • Resolving technical and engineering problems that arise during project execution.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant electrical specifications and regulations.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in electrical construction. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD software.
