Job Overview
Are you passionate about quality assurance and have a keen eye for detail? We are seeking an Associate Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape new processes, bring new ideas, and select tools in a collaborative and highly visible team environment.

As an Associate Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the high quality and reliability of our cutting-edge contact center and unified communication platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance efforts for software products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Create detailed test plans and test cases, estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate quality testing activities.
- Collaborate with customer support teams to investigate and resolve customer-reported issues.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure delivery of high-quality product.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Familiarity with industry-leading test automation tools, such as Playwright, Cucumber, and SIP, VOIP, or telco technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure when needed.
- Good written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate with team members.
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest QA trends and technologies.
