Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Finance Business Analyst

Job Overview:

A seasoned business analyst with extensive experience in trade finance and supply chain finance will play a pivotal role in delivering business requirements, defining functional solutions, and coordinating testing efforts across regions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements with global stakeholders is essential for the success of this role.
  • Drafting functional specifications and defining user workflows is crucial for effective project delivery.
  • Coordinating and validating SIT, UAT, and NRT testing ensures the quality of deliverables.
  • Performing functional analysis for enhancements and production issues is vital for process improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal standards and security policies maintains data integrity.
  • Supporting system migrations and contributing to release documentation enhances operational efficiency.
Critical Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience as an IT business analyst in supply chain finance, trade finance, or accounts payable/receivable domains.
  • A strong understanding of electronic invoicing, supply chain workflows, and financial applications is necessary for success in this role.
  • Hands-on skills with SQL, XML, SWIFT, EDIFACT, ISO20022, and REST APIs are essential for project delivery.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project delivery models is beneficial for adapting to changing project requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across global teams is critical for successful project outcomes.
  • Exposure to security protocols (SSL/TLS, PKI, Certificates) and high-performance web applications is necessary for maintaining data security.
  • A Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or equivalent is required for this position.
