Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and oversee the daily operations of our fast-growing online gaming business in Asia. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, driving process improvements, and aligning execution with our overall goals.
- Oversee end-to-end operations, including customer service, risk management, product support, and platform performance.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor key operational KPIs and regularly present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with technology, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless user experience and platform reliability.
- Support business development and expansion planning by providing operational insights.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an operations leadership role, preferably in online gaming or tech-enabled industries.
- Strong knowledge of gaming platforms, user operations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and operations management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Willingness to relocate and work onsite in Asia.
