Data Labeling Specialist

The Data Labelling Engineer will play a pivotal role in supporting data classification and taxonomy methods and standards. This individual will work closely with the data team to comprehend business requirements and collaborate on implementing effective data labelling solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support data analysis, identification, and marking of various data samples in storage to ensure accuracy and recall rate.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to improve algorithm recognition and machine learning ability by analyzing bad cases and providing suggestions for annotation/labelling improvements.
  • Improve data annotation operation processes, optimize label sampling and review mechanisms, and enhance efficiency of manual standards.
  • Participate in functional optimization design of the annotation platform.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT-related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in research and development, testing, data analyst, or DBA roles, familiar with diverse data samples in storage.
  • Excellent communication, analysis skills, and reasoning abilities to quickly grasp business attributes and judge sample types.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks effectively with minimal errors.
  • Knowledge and interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
