Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the procurement department, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring products/raw materials under the supervision of the Procurement Director.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be required to perform various administrative tasks to ensure smooth procurement operations. You will verify purchase orders for accuracy, including product specifications, costs, and delivery details. Additionally, you will seek approval from senior staff before finalizing orders and liaise with vendors to gather bids and procurement specifications.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and place orders for products/raw materials under the supervision of the Procurement Director.
  • Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth procurement operations.
  • Verify purchase orders for accuracy, including product specifications, costs, and delivery details.
  • Seek approval from senior staff before finalizing orders.
  • Liaise with vendors to gather bids and procurement specifications.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sourcing/procurement.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems advantageous.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.

Benefits:

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
