Job Title: Chief Technology Risk Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned expert to drive risk governance and oversight across our external technology partnerships.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead strategic assessments, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring of technology vendors to safeguard operational resilience.
    • Evaluate vendor performance against key performance indicators, service level agreements, and regulatory expectations; initiate remediation and improvement where needed.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed consistent risk practices across the vendor lifecycle.
    • Develop and present regular reporting on vendor risk exposure and compliance posture to senior stakeholders.
    • Drive enhancements in third-party risk processes to address emerging threats and evolving business needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT vendor risk, third-party governance, or technology risk management.
  • Strong working knowledge of risk frameworks, regulatory compliance, and contract governance.
  • Skilled in assessing and mitigating technology risks within a vendor landscape.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
