The Role of a Key Account Specialist involves providing expert advice and support to customers in the use of cutting tools, inserts, and tool systems for turning, milling, and drilling operations at their sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Offer technical guidance and assistance to customers on the effective utilization of our cutting tools, inserts, and tool systems.
- Identify new business opportunities, nurture existing customer relationships, and develop strategies to increase sales potential.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Customer Service, and machine manufacturers to promote machinery equipment and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Prepare regular reports, as well as plan and execute administrative activities aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate the operations of service technicians and provide after-sales support and customer care.
- Technical training as a technician, master's degree, or engineer equivalent.
- Several years of experience in machining with CNC machines and modern tool systems (turning, milling, drilling).
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing strategies and production processes.
- Strong material knowledge and understanding of business contexts.
- Previous experience in outside services is beneficial.
- Ability to effectively interact with key accounts.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Excellent command of the English language.
