Senior Lighting Specialist

Imagine a future where engineering is re-imagined, and complex challenges are solved through collaboration and innovation. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lighting Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our Buildings business, you will play a vital role in developing high-quality lighting solutions for clients across various projects. You will oversee the lighting portion of projects, including concept design, production of lighting layouts, lighting calculations, energy code compliance, report preparation, presentation materials, fixture schedules, specifications, hand sketches, project cost estimation, and reviewing mock-ups.

You will also contribute to work winning and market development by providing deliverables and performance targets that meet applicable codes and standards. Additionally, you will manage projects and tasks of lighting design projects, nurture existing client relationships, and proactively pursue opportunities for new business.

Our ideal candidate will share our passion for re-imagining engineering and be committed to continuous learning. They will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 8 years of professional experience in the lighting design industry, with a strong knowledge of local and international applicable codes and standards, as well as deep understanding and knowledge of lighting systems and lighting controls.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and architects to develop high-quality lighting solutions. They will also have good knowledge of Photoshop, DIALux, AGI32, Photometric Toolbox, and other lighting software, and functional knowledge of recent versions of AutoCAD and preferably Revit.
