Job Description:

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide general administrative support to the team and management at LKP ENGINEERING PTE. LTD.

The successful candidate will maintain company policies, procedures, and records, ensuring compliance and accuracy. This role also involves preparing GST reports and submitting them on a quarterly basis.

In addition, the coordinator will prepare job completion certificates, claim summaries, and invoices for clients. Data entry and management in various systems and databases are essential responsibilities of this position.

Maintaining documents, reports, and records is crucial to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate should have relevant work experience in payslip creation and time sheet management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.

Strong multitasking and communication skills are necessary to excel in this role. Other administrative duties may be assigned as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
