Senior Project Manager

Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in Diesel Engines and Power Generation? We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the execution of DRUPS and power generation projects, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely delivery.
About the Role:
- Manage installation, testing, commissioning, and coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities.
- Serve as primary liaison with stakeholders, providing technical guidance and innovative solutions.
- Oversee scope, timelines, quality standards, and contractual obligations, ensuring risk mitigation.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, driving process improvements and accountability.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Diesel Engines and Power Generation (preferably project execution).
- Strong knowledge of project management principles (scope, goals, deliverables, contracts).
- Proven expertise in budget management, negotiations, risk assessment, and change management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Valid Work Visa for Singapore.
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Independent, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
