We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our market reach.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
  • Conducting outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our products and services.
  • FOLLOWING UP ON LEADS, INQUIRIES, AND PAST CUSTOMERS TO GENERATE APPOINTMENTS AND CONVERSIONS.
  • Attending networking events, corporate meetings, and industry trade shows to generate leads.
  • Tracking call outcomes, customer feedback, and sales performance.
  • Providing regular reports on lead conversion rates and business development activities.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Experience in telemarketing, business development, or sales.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a confident and professional phone presence.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to multitask and handle client objections effectively.
