Senior PCB Designer with Expertise in Analog and Mixed-Signal Boards

**Company Overview:** FormFactor is a leading provider of test and measurement solutions for the electronics industry.

We are currently seeking an experienced Sr. PCB Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in designing high-quality PCBs with complex analog and mixed-signal circuits.

**Job Description:

  • Create detailed netlists and routing rules from customer-provided information packages and schematics;
  • Design and implement PCB physical layouts, including parts placement, routing, and verification;
  • Apply knowledge of high-speed design, RF, and power integrity to meet project requirements;
  • Develop design processes to reduce design cycle-time and defects, and improve product performance;
  • Create design documents and training materials;

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (4-year college degree) in Electrical Engineering or related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in PCB design, with significant portions involving analog and mixed-signal PCB design and interfacing with PCB Fab houses to improve manufacturability;
  • Working knowledge of logical net-listings, schematics usage, electrical and routing rules creation, signal and power integrity optimization;
  • Proficiency in Cadence Allegro and Valor software;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English;
  • Computer proficiency, especially in Excel;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.
