Job Title

 

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our manufacturing equipment.

Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and machinery, ensuring that they are running efficiently and effectively.

  • Proven experience as a machine operator with a strong track record of productivity and quality.
  • Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina and strength, with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
  • Ability to perform routine inspections of manufacturing equipment and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Setting up manufacturing equipment, ensuring that it is properly calibrated and maintained.
  • Overseeing training of new or junior machine operators, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills.
  • Using machine equipment to complete tasks, following established procedures and protocols.
  • Evaluating the efficiency of each unit regularly, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Monitoring and maintaining warehouse equipment and machinery, ensuring that they are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Performing routine inspections of manufacturing equipment, identifying potential issues and taking corrective action.
