">Job Title: Customer Care Executive
">Salary: SGD $3,000 - $4,500 per month (dependent on experience)
">About the Role:
">- We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.">
Key Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Attend to walk-in customers and incoming phone enquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance to meet their needs.">
- Provide course consultation and excellent customer service to prospective customers, ensuring they receive accurate information and support throughout their decision-making process.">
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to coordinate placements and scheduling of classes, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.">
- Communicate and coordinate with customers to ensure prompt follow-up and closure for all enquiries, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.">
- Process class registrations and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.">
- Cultivate relationships with existing customers through regular phone calls, text messages, emails, and letters, driving repeat business and referrals.">
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.">
- Perform administrative duties in support of day-to-day operations, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.">
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for students at the centre, adhering to health and safety protocols.">
- Tidy and prepare classrooms before lessons, ensuring a clean and organized space for teaching and learning.">
Requirements:
">- Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with English-speaking customers.">
- Confident and tactful when handling customer needs, possessing excellent conflict resolution skills.">
- Possess a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building long-term relationships.">
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.">
- Able to work flexibly, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and demands.">
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.">
- Previous experience in tuition or enrichment centres is advantageous, but not essential.">
- Able to commit to a 5-day work week, with occasional weekend work required.">
