Actuarial Services Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in actuarial audits and advisory work for life insurance clients.
  • Participate in IFRS 17 related engagements such as gap assessment, financial impact assessment, end-to-end testing, modelling enhancement, and generation and review of parallel run/comparatives results.
  • Participate in Participating fund reviews, actuarial internal audits, actuarial peer reviews, expense studies, etc.
  • Participate in Merger & Acquisitions (M&A) and due diligence projects, as well as business planning, projection, and strategy projects.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and succinctly.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple assignments at the same time.
