Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated educator to join our team as an English and Economics teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, fostering critical thinking, and preparing students for success in their exams.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping students' academic growth and supporting them in reaching their potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in both English and Economics, aligning with the IB/A-Level curriculum.
  • Provide personalized feedback and assessments to track student progress.
  • Foster a learning environment that encourages inquiry, critical thinking, and active participation.
  • Assist students in preparing for exams, including internal assessments, essays, and case studies.
  • Support students with personalized learning plans and additional tutoring as required.
  • Stay up to date with IB/A-Level syllabus changes and implement necessary adjustments in teaching.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Economics, or a related field. (Postgraduate qualifications or teaching certificates are a plus.)
  • In-depth knowledge of IB or A-Level curriculum, with prior experience teaching these subjects preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Passionate about education and mentoring students.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms.
  • Experience in preparing students for university admissions, personal statements, or scholarship applications.
