Job Title: IT Infrastructure Professional

Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT infrastructure professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of clients' IT systems.

As a key member of our team, your primary duties will include monitoring server, application, and security conditions, identifying and resolving technical problems, and ensuring work is carried out within agreed service levels.

Our ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new technical skills as needed due to business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain the health of servers, applications, and security systems.
  • Identify, log, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all work is completed within agreed service level agreements.
  • Respond to site to troubleshoot, diagnose, and rectify faults.
  • Liaise and coordinate system recovery efforts.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
  • Create and distribute progress reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proficient knowledge of Vmware and Nutanix infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with EMC and Huawei storage systems.
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, Clusters, NLB, or Unix.
  • Knowledge of Solarwinds and Qradar tools.
  • At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure support.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • ITIL foundation certification.
